    Order Confirmation for New DVD's

Just ordered the 6-dvd bundle this morning, and noticed there is no mention of Cathe's Greatest Hits as a line item on the order confirmation. Is that what everyone else is (isn't) seeing on their orders?

Arnica Gel vs. Tiger Balm vs. Icy Hot Patches

Happy Friday! Can anyone give me feedback on their preference for using any of the above for DOMS? I specifically need to target my lower back and quads, if that makes a difference on what to use. Just looking for alternatives to pounding the Aleve and Advil all the time. :( Thanks!

New to Cathe and need help choosing more!

Welcome! I love all the ones you have so far. Some of my favorites for weight work are Pyramid Upper/Lower Body, Gym Styles Legs, Back-Shoulder-Biceps, and Chest-Triceps, and Muscle Endurance. I really could recommend even more, but those are a great start. Don't forget to check out the...

    XTRAIN

Hi, 2121 - I, too suffer with a right shoulder issue - which definitely holds me back on any side plank exercises, and of course any type of lateral raise. I was diagnosed with capsulitis ("frozen shoulder") back in November, and am finally getting most of my mobility back. But still...

    Rockout Knockout

Hi, Swimmer - The Wavemaster XXL that Cathe uses in MMA Boxing and Hard Strikes is excellent! I found it for a little cheaper @ Amazon.com, and based on customer recommendations, we filled it with sand rather than water. A $10 orange traffic cone (you can find them @ any Home Depot or...

    Rockout Knockout

Yes, she did say that the workouts could evolve over the planning process... so there's still the possibility it could be added. But you're right - it is sure to be an awesome workout regardless! I love that these dvd's Will have a little of everything that I've read everyone's been asking...

Greatest Hits Suggestions I love, love this idea! Thank you, Cathe! So many favorites and so little time to fit in one compilation! :-/ Warm-up: Pyramid LB. The music always revs me up for the work ahead! (4 mins.) Cardio: Any mix of the combos from MMA Boxing or KPC (sorry - I've...

    Patella Femoral Syndrome

Thank you so much, Cathe! Turbo Barre is actually one of my favorites of your LIS, and what a leg workout where you least expect it! I've also discovered the amazing modification of wall squats with the stability ball through your Total Body Tri-Sets, which has been such a gentle change on...

    Patella Femoral Syndrome

I was diagnosed with patella femoral syndrome in my left knee about a year ago. The Low Impact Series has truly been a savior to my workout routines, so first and foremost - THANK YOU! Which videos in the series (or other Cathe series) do you recommend most as I continue my path to quad...
