    I believe the cueing is faster than the video, now. I couldn't watch my workout blender with PS Legs in it this morning it was so out of synch. It had to be all audio. I was glad I knew PS Legs well enough to not have to see what was going on.

    Fit Tower Workouts - Good? Bad?

    I'm a little "ify" on trying the Fit Tower workouts, partly because I don't have a fit tower. I have chairs, walls, and I figure I can wing it with some other items in my workout room. Do people like these workouts? Is there a favorite? Thanks for any input, either way.

    More Step Workouts!

    Ooh, she should do a short spring series of 3 step dvds – One like Body Max - short and in the air more than on the step and two longer ones - a dancier one like Party Rockin 1 or Rhythmic, and one athletic one with short, not TOO tough blasts between 3 combos.

    I agree in that I would love more split workouts - Back/chest, Shoulders/abs, legs, arms (something like that). I love Cathe Live, but she can't really do splits with those workouts. So, anyone with ondemand has plenty of full body workouts.

    I'm actually much better, lately. I started a lchf diet and that has helped a ton. I was pretty low calorie before, so being satiated helps. It really helps with my sleep, too.     I hear ya. I feel like, more and more, cardio is a waste of time. Why am I doing this? It just makes me tired and hungry. I do walk my dog every morning. Lifting is still good, just going lighter and shorter, avoiding all the soreness.
