Hi Cathe, I have almost completed my first round of the complete STS program and really liking the results but want to get even stronger/more muscular by doing the program again. I started off in good shape, my goal was to build more upper body strength and size - Is it best to complete all 3 mesocycles again or should I start with mesocycle 2 or just repeat meso 3?
