I noticed there is a lot of freezing thru some of the segments... so i tried it on another DVD same thing... the DVD's arent first quality..a little disappointed ... next time i will not preorder ...

Ohhh they might replace it ... BUT MY NEW ONE STILL DOESNT WORK! I have all 4 DVD's (the other 3 work fine) there is something in the Legs DVD that isnt right and that is REALLY THE ONLY REASON WHY I BOUGHT THE SET !! .... upset ! x(

I just emailed them also.. my kick punch crunch legs & glutes DVD doesnt work .. my other 3 are fine... its amazing THE ONE I REALLY WANTED DOESNT WORK... I am just going to return and let them know i am returning and need a replacement.. I dont think I will ever pre order again!
