I FEEL STUPID HELP CATHE

This is my second DVD for Kick punch and crunch... IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PROGRESS .. I hit Play program it then progresses to Audio track
i select Normal mix IT THEN TAKES ME TO MY dvd SCREEN IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PROGRESS TO THE PROGRAM!!!!! i have tried ever other option on the screen IT WILL NOT TAKE ME TO THE PROGRAM.. this is the second DVD!! i have had HELPPPPP! I have cleaned it and still NOTHING!! I ordered the DVDS solely for the kickboxing AND IT DOESNT WORK ! help me!

MY 3 other DVD's work fine!!!

Can you just start the workout from the Chapter Menu? I actually have not even tried starting any of the workouts from Play Program as I like to skip all the introductory stuff. Just click on Chapter Menu and then on Warm Up. Your workout will start with the warm up and continue from there.

If you have had problems with two disc it is more than likely a player issue and not the disc. Your next step should be to try the disc on a another player and see if it works.

I have another player I will try it.. but why is it that my 3 DVD's
work??? and I have not other problems with them ... I will try it on my other DVD player

It’s really hard to say. However, you will occasionally see this happen. Sometimes something in the authoring code will cause a problem with some players. There is no such thing as a DVD disc that will play on every player made. Problems are rare, but the more features you add to a DVD, the more likely a problem will occur. In theory all of our DVDs should work on every player that carries the DVD Video Logo. Slight flaws in the firmware for the player can cause problems. Many of these flaws may go unnoticed by you and the manufacturer because they only occur with a disc that has some feature that is normally not offered on other DVDs.
