I did get my LIC workout in, and it was GREAT. I know it well enough to "sell it strong" but I'm not tired of it yet. Although, I have to say, I am awed by those tiny little women using 2 risers on that workout. I am 5'8", so 2 risers isn't that high for me. But Cathe and crew are 5'2". 2 risers...
