Morning.
I'm gonna be tired again today. Slept fine from 9:30 to 2am but then that was all she wrote until close to 4am when my alarm starts going off. I snoozed the alarm until close to 5 when I forced myself to get up. I won't get in the hour long work out I wanted to but I really wasn't wanting to totally blow it off so I'll work out for about 30 mins. Better then nothing!
Diana:: I read your suggestion to use melatonin for my sleep issues but I am wary of taking something because sleep aids can be highly addictive in that I've seen many get to the point where they can not sleep with out them after a while. I'm sure it's not an issue for everyone but it still makes me nervous. If not for that though, I would try something...
