    Started Meso 3 :)

    It is! I went on the 2008 roadtrip and Cathe showed us clips from STS then. It shipped in early 2009. Since STS 2.0 is 12 workouts, not 40, the turnaround time should be quicker. I hope this one comes with a manual, too. I use my STS manual all the time.

    I just did this one. It could definitely be titled "Hill Max." Oh my gosh! It felt like every time we sat down for a break and I thought 'finally, a seated drill,' Cathe would say, "When you're ready, let's stand." Anyway, it is a GREAT workout, and I can't wait to do it again!
