    ouch!! i did Pyramid Lower Body yesterday morning and could only do 30 minutes of cardio this morning my legs hurt so bad!! what do you do, i feel like a wimp for not pushing myself!!

    Terminator Imax extreme

    i actually just started a circuit training routine and have been doing onlly the Terminator exercises 3xs a week. the weights segments aren't as challenging as Gym Style but it's a good change up for me from the usual routine of cardio/weight.

    i did the Basic Step w/o yesterday and did find it a bit easy. next time i'll raise my step for a better work out. i am glad i got it though - i did parts of the Terminator today and was so much more confident in doing the steps and was able to keep up! i'll look into low impact step...

    i just did this for the first time this morning and WOW hardcore. do you all do the ENTIRE video all together? if so, do you do cardio before hand? i like doing 20 - 30 min of cardio before i do strength but whoa. thinking of breaking this up a bit any suggestions?
