Butts & Guts?

Is this a must-have? I am a pear shape, and at my ideal weight, but would love to tone my inner/outer thighs, etc. Is this the DVD for me? I have a few of her other lower body workouts, but is Butts & Guts worth buying?

Thanks!!! :)

Another YES. This is bound to go on the top Cathe recommended list of workouts.

This one is an absolute must for those of us with tendencies to carry our weight in our hips/thighs as I do. I LOVE this workout. As mentioned above, check out the clips!:)

You know, I felt the same uncertaintly rising in me before I bought this workout. I just did it Saturday and BOY! that is one kiss-a@@ workout. I was sweating as if I was doing a cardio workout and my legs and butt were burning sore like I've never felt before. Wonderful.

GET IT! (with a deep dark powerful voice)

i just did this for the first time this morning and WOW hardcore. do you all do the ENTIRE video all together? if so, do you do cardio before hand? i like doing 20 - 30 min of cardio before i do strength but whoa. thinking of breaking this up a bit any suggestions?

Definitely get it. I had amazing DOMS for two days after doing it the first time. Luckily the DOMS wasn't as brutal the second time. I should mention I rarely get leg DOMS, so this was an awesome treat for me.

It literally kicks butt!

The bonus ab routine is one of my favorites!

I'm interested in Butts & Gutts as well. How is this one different than Gym Style legs, which I have? Of those who own both, which do you prefer and why?

I have both and I enjoy both a lot. They are quite different in that I can go a lot heavier for some of the exercises in GS Legs. I like GS Legs b/c it uses lighter weights AND heavier weights and I also like the floor work at the end. B&G, if I HAD to choose, is my favorite right now. I like how quickly this workout moves from one exercise to the next and works your lower body with lighter weights than usual for a Cathe workout. I also like the floor work as it's a really burner for my bum. The floor work reminds me of some older Firm moves. I'm on a Ripped workout kick right now, but am missing my lower body work from Cathe (namely B&G and GS Legs). After another couple of weeks, I will be going back to more Cathe workouts again and I plan on incorporating both of these lower body workouts!

I have both workouts and like both. B&G is a must b/c it works your lower body in a different way than GS legs and has great premixes & bonus work. They compliment each other nicely.
