does anyone know if the workouts on FitTV are taken from the actual videos? or are they completely different?

Yes the workouts are taken from the actual routines. They are shorter. Also, you can do a search of all the forums and get many threads about the different workouts on Fit TV. Melissa

Yes, FIT Tv edits Cathe's workouts so they can insert their commercials. I always knew they were shorter versions but didn't realize how much shorter until I bought Power Hour. They cut out 3 whole sections from Power Hour to accommodate commercials.
