PLB and DOMS

ouch!! i did Pyramid Lower Body yesterday morning and could only do 30 minutes of cardio this morning my legs hurt so bad!!

what do you do, i feel like a wimp for not pushing myself!!
 
Don't feel like a wimp at all. It's better to feel like that than an idiot for pushing too hard when you are in pain. PLB does hurt so good, doesn't it? Be proud :) You'll get back to it, don't worry.

I did PLB on Monday night and I'm really feeling it today. I did a 4 mile walk/run yesterday that probably didn't help and tonight I running the stadium stairs. I would usually take tonight off but it's a contest thing and my team is lacking in numbers so I have to be there. I'm hoping that crawling up the steps will be allowed!!
 
Cardio workouts are hard when you have lead legs from a previous leg day. I had the same problem on Sun trying to do DM blast only after doing GSL on Sat!! Man oh Man were my legs screaming!!

PLB STILL makes me sore (especially hamstrings) the first time I do it after a break from it. Light cardio followed by a nice stretch helps. Every now and then, when I'm really sore I will take Advil, but that only happens when I really change up my routin, like my arms the first week of tank top arms...ouch!
