    Hello everyone. For those of you who have Leaner Legs, how much weight do you use on the barbell? Cathe says at the beginning that she is using 35 lbs. on hers, but it looks like she is using 25 lbs.. (It looks like 2 10-lb. plates on a 5-lb. bar.) What do y'all do? Thanks a bunch.

    I definitely see your point. I actually have bought several DVDs from sellers like you, who buy new DVDs in bulk from Cathe.com, and I'm always comfortable with those purchases. But what about sellers who have many, many used copies of a particular DVD? Is there a place they can legitimately...

    I've noticed that there are two other sellers who have been selling multiple "used" copies of Supersets/PP and Timesaver. They also wait until an auction has ended and then immediately list another "used" copy of each. I can't imagine they're not illegal copies.

    Question for SNM re. identifying copies

    Hi SNM. Can I be certain that a used Cathe DVD is not an illegal copy if it has the DVD name and "SNM0001" printed within the small silver ring near the center hole on back? I always buy new, but have one used DVD, and want to be sure I didn't buy an illegal copy. Thanks for your help.

    Slow and Heavy question

    Hello. Does anyone use less than the 50 lbs. for squats in SH legs? My barbell only goes up to 37 lbs. and I'm wondering if that will still be effective for a "slow and heavy" style workout. I don't have $$ to spend on a new barbell set right now, because I've spent it all on Cathe DVDs...

    Low Max before leg day?

    Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me if they've done Low Max the day before a leg day? I find that Low Max does tire my legs out, but I'm not sure if it would affect a leg workout the next day. What do you guys think? Thanks for any input.

    Club Step or High Step

    I got my club step on walmart.com, which sells it for just under $58. I think that's about the cheapest I've found. (My local fitness store's price was $100!) I believe they also have the option of buying it with a Cathe DVD included as well for a little bit more money. Good luck!
