Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me what exercises the High Step is used for in Bootcamp? Thanks for your help!

The high step is used for the weighted leg presses for the lower body conditioning segment in Cycle #4, and also as a thing to lean on for bentover-position exercises like one-armed back rows. It's not used for any of the cardio segments.
