    Old vs New Step

    I like the new step much better. You can tell it is sturdier, but my favorite improvement is the pad on the top. I also use my step for weight training and the new, thicker pad is much more comfortable.

    I replace mine about every 9 months but that is really pushing it. I can tell I should really replace them around the 6 month mark.

    I always weigh myself around the same time each day and it can vary 1-2 pounds.
