Hi Everyone! I hope you had a fun weekend! We had the Glassboro RT this weekend and it was SO MUCH FUN! I miss everyone already.

Today is back to the regular schedule and I started my day with Bootcamp. I took it easy on me (but not them :eek:) since I am recovering from our fitness filled weekend.

What are your Monday fitness plans?
 
Hi Cathe, glad you had lots of fun this weekend:D I went for a 10K run(CCPP) today, I still have to work my abs but my engery is running out! Can't wait to hear about the new DVD's:eek::D:eek:

Glad everyone had fun!! I'm sad I had to miss it :-(. Hopefully Next year. I am starting the STS/shock cardio rotation today. I need to clean up my eating:-0 so I can loose the rest of this stubborn weight!!

I'm in San Francisco on vacation. My son and I just finished a 5 mile run along the waterfront and piers. Beautiful! We've spent the past 3 days running, hiking and walking (huge hills!)...great family time.

I'm happy to hear the Road Trip was another rousing success. Hearing about it brings back fond memories of San Diego.

I did Low Max today! Yowza! Gonna follow-up with either ME or GS Tri's & Chest.... or maybe B&G foor work. I'm soo indecisive on Mondays! :rolleyes::D

Wish I was there for your local RT!! Oh and I a SOOOO excited about your new DVD's!! Can't wait to order them and play!

Sounds like you guys had a pretty perfect fitness weekend.

Just got my MMA Boxing and Drill Max in the mail today. I don't know which one to start with...so excited. I am so into your kickboxing DVD's lately. I do them twice a week along with my other workouts and see a major difference....THANK YOU!!!!! Although I am a trainer myself, you have saved my "fitness" life ....Big Hugs!

I'm glad the road trip was a blast! One of these years I'm going to make it to one...:D

Today I'm starting week 3 of another STS rotation.(Disc 7) I got your tower and just LOVE it! It's making this STS go-around feel like I'm doing it for the first time, and although I loved STS the first time I did it, this time I'm loving it even more!! Combined with Shock Cardio, it's going to whip me into shape for sure.

I'm also soooo excited to hear of your new workouts!! It's a great Monday...

No workout for me either! I call it a forced rest day. My power supply went out on my computer that stores all of my workouts, so I was unable to link with it via my shared network folder to play my workout. Oh well! Nothing wrong with a rest day! I only took one day off in July!
 
We had a family track day--except my 14-year-old who wanted to sleep in. I did 12 100 meter sprints (sprinting the straight, walking the round) followed by 20 stadium stair runs, followed by a mile slow run cool-down, walking lunges, bell and bunny hops, speed skaters, and a stretch. My son worked on his Webelos achievement. My 12-year-old daughter easily out-sprinted her mother (but I did more), and DH came along and did 3 miles. It was a fun morning.

I do believe said someone told us to take TWO rest days lol ;)

I took a much needed rest day today too, even though I bought 4DS at the RT and can't wait to start it!!!! Will probably be doing that tomorrow morning since I am still on an adrenaline high from the weekend.
 
Wow Cathe, I thought today would be a rest day for you after the RT. You are amazing! I did GS Back and Bi's and then Core Max stability ball.
 
I enjoyed watching the RT, it looked like so much fun. I will get out there one of these years to experience in person what everyone else was feeling.

I just did one of the premixes on High Step Training, I have alot to work up to in your workouts. Then I did some abs work, low on time today.
