    For Cathe re: your special loss.

    I hadn't heard or read about this but want to also give my thoughts of sympathy. I love all animals so i can relate having had to put my 2 cats of 16 yrs to sleep in 2001 because of illness.. My thoughts are with you & yours Cathe.

    Slim Fast?????

    I say do what works for u.. i hope you have success with this.. I drink the ready to drink shakes every morning at work.. its easy and gets me going and keeps me held up for about 3 hrs till lunch.. i do them for lunch sometimes if i have tons of stuff to do on my lunch hour and they always work...
