Hi Everyone! Again thank you for the fun birthday wishes. I just wanted to let you know that I am back from my trip, but as usual at this point in time, will be on the forums very sparingly for the next couple of weeks. Thanks again for understanding.

But some great news......while I was away I was notified of another music right clearance that came through and therefore made some calls to re-work the Step Blast soundtrack to include Jennifer Lopez's new hit single "I'm Glad". We had a special club mix version created. This "pumping" version will be at the start of the Step Blast Challenge portion of the workout(where you put all of the finished products together non-stop)to give you the extra push you need to sweat it out. YIPPEE!!!!

Well, I have to go for now, but I will be visiting here and there. Take Care

Welcome Back Cathe! That is great about the J-Lo song. Have you heard her song "Alive"? It is beautiful and would be awesome for a cooldown/stretch. We do understand your absence. Take all the time you need getting those new workouts ready. We can hardly wait! Again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Hi Cathe,
I'm glad you made it home safe and sound as well. I'm happy that you were able to use the J-LO song, but I never worrry about the music you choose. I know that what you choose will be great. It dawned on me when I first did IMAX 2, the intense part of the interval, where you say "off the back" I said to myself, "Cathe can sing too! She has music in her voice." Maybe you can make your own music video someday. ?
