    Thank you all so much for your comments and suggestions, I am going to try to begin with the plank position for 2 min. I think this will help, planks are also difficult for me. Maybe it is due to a weak core? Again thanks.

    Toughest Cathe Workout?

    I don't know about all time, but of the ones I have done i would have to say Imax 2 and boot camp for sure. I just made it through all of Imax 2 yesterday and still have not made it all the way through boot camp and I have been on the intensity rotation for 2 weeks.
