Hi Cathe & Forum!
Any suggestions on the best Cathe workouts for long distance runners? I'm an intermediate level runner, have run consistently for the past few years, and am trying to up my game to shave time off of my half and full marathon times. I haven't focused on strength training lately...
Yes, cathe tried to kill me this am with Plyo Hiit One, lift it hiit it CST, and bonus and 2. I've been with cathe since 1998, and yes, RWH is TOUGH!! But I'm loving every minute of it!!! [emoji2][emoji2]

Got mine in SC yesterday... USPS, no shipping notification. Did Lift It HIIT It Legs this am and really liked it!!! Excited about the whole series!!!

Not sure exactly what KFTHWI stands for but I was using the Tapatalk app (which is the app that I'm using to access the Cathe forums) on my kindle when I sent the msg.

Hi everyone! I may have missed this thread, but can someone tell me what shoes Cathe and crew are wearing in this series? Particularly in the plyo hit DVD. Tried searching the forums to find the answer but was not successful. Thanks for your help in advance!
