    Which Cathe DVD's would be "metabolic training?" I know Afterburn, AT, and CrossFire are. Are circuit workouts metabolic because of the compound exercises? Or would the STS Cardio Series be more metabolic because of the shorter breaks after intense bursts? I've been trying to educate...

    Which workout has "Who's Boss" in it? I saw the t-shirt on FB the other day, but drawing a blank. I also like "Train how you want to look." Thanks for sharing! Sometimes I'm so busy just trying to catch my breath that I don't really listen. I'm missing a lot of good stuff!!

    Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fast Fix

    I've only done the upper body workout. I too noticed that she does not work both sides. And even when she does, the number of reps is not the same, so I always count and modify! I think all of her workouts are like this. Thankfully, Cathe taught us the right way :)

    I just joined the WW/Cathe group too. (Alleycat) Thanks for starting it, Rhonda. I want and need to lose 20 more lbs. I do well for a week, and then slide. I'm tired of it already!

    Preggo & Post-Partum Induced Carpal Tunnel

    I developed carpal tunnel while pregnant, and it lasted a couple months post partum. I didn't do anything for it; was just annoyed to have it. I had never heard of it as a prenatal side effect before. But, the numbness did go away on its own.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Chris at the '05 (the lone guy at the RT!) and '10 RTs. He always had a smile on his face. I'm sorry to hear of his passing.
