    My Firm and Cathe VHS tapes were so old that I ended up slowly but surely replacing them. I literally had worn them out.

    That’s a great idea! I have been adding spinning intervals to my schedule. I have Cycle Sweat but I tend to overdo it when I use it so I do my own intervals for now.

    I used to have some Cori Everton VHS tapes. I really enjoyed them.
    Wu->Brand New Butt J.Saffell + Fit After 40 Dave Sinclair legs(again!)+ Cathe X-Train All Out Low Impact HIIT (cardio) 40m I used 1 riser & alternate w Treadmill.
    Warm up only->Body Bar Melinda Stewart + Sexy & Fit After 40 Dave Sinclair. Upper Body only. He does 2 sets, I did 3. After so long of no workouts, I have to build up to Cathe.
    Finally a workout!: Leslie Sansone Walk 4-mile 60m + Margaret Richard TV shows 1720 & 1722
    Dh put Leslie on for me & got me started

    Buns of Steel 10 Circuit Leisa Hart. I actually did some of the band-work & added dumbells for the extra sets.(whether they do 1 set or 2, I always add to make 3)+TM
