Cathe Low Impact Circuit Premix #3 Upper Body+Abs 1h30m (I really liked the ab work)(I can't believe I actually followed her step for step for 98% of the cardio... wow! Usually I go slower or miss steps and end up doing moves other than the ones she's actually doing. ) also since mom took over the Treadmill, I was really forced to follow.
