    Favourite Warm Ups

I have several favorite warm ups. Ice: Low Impact Sweat; Lite: Cardio Party; Fit Split: Mixed Impact Cardio; and one I don’t use often, but enjoy when I do, Cross Fire. My favorite for UB is S&S: RUUB.

Work each body part twice a week

STS 2 using the two upper and lower body, or upper body and total body combo. I only work legs once a week because I wouldn’t be able to do my step aerobics workouts. When I went from say, chest, shoulders & triceps, and back and biceps to two STS2, upper body twice a week, the difference was...

Body Max 2 blast from the past

BM2 is one of my favorites for step cardio. I love the moves and the music.

So I tried S&S Ramped Up Upper Body

I did this 2-days ago. It’s a great workout, but in the past using heavy weights at that speed, with high reps, I was wiped out for about 4-5 days, so now I use it as a high reps endurance workout with lower weights, and the difference is remarkable. It’s still a great workout, and I feel it...

    Thanks Cathe!

    Video clip on FB

I like the look of this. I didn’t buy LMR1 because I tried it on Cathe on Demand, and knew I would hardly use it, but the moves on this one appeal to me, and especially including cardio.

    Comparing STS 2.0 to XTrain!

    Actually, it’s 1,2,3, steps, not 4.

    Comparing STS 2.0 to XTrain!

I do the right jab then do a quick 1,2,3,4 step as I turn for the left jab. I can’t turn fast enough to do the low impact jack. The quick steps work really well.

    Meal Planning Burn-out

Same here. I’ve been counting calories, or points, or something, daily, for 50-years, and now sodium, fat, protein etc in later life. I get sick of it, and tell myself I’m done with it, but then I see my clothes getting tighter, and my feet and knee pain is exacerbated by extra weight, so back I...

    Comparing STS 2.0 to XTrain!

I’m, a lot, late in responding, but that’s because I hadn’t done X-Train in a very long time, until recently, and Wow, what a shock! I also thought it was slower, but after STS 2, it felt almost aerobic. Those 30-seconds go by very fast, and for some reason I didn’t want to pause, so kept up the...

    Leg Day?

I look at exercise this way: You do it because you either enjoy it, and/or you are after a certain result, which could be fat loss, a toned body, more muscle, be stronger etc. If you really dislike leg day, and you already have good looking legs with all the leg work from step and kickboxing (so...

    What's your favorite step workout?

Probably why I missed it, if it’s after the first segment. That’s the fastest segment imo, and, when my heart rate is up there, I zone out, just focused on that little breather as she slows down a bit starting the second, which is always welcome. I’ll listen for it next time I do it. I did Step...

    What's your favorite step workout?

No, I don’t. Does she say it on the video? I agree with you though, it’s too short. That much fun should be longer.

This is one of my favorite step workouts. I do it at least once a month. Fast paced and exhilarating. Great moves.
