Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love Cathe's workouts because I have gotten great results from them and they are challenging. I am not wasting any time. Cathe has such a great personality and seems to have fun while filming and it shows in each production. I love them all!!

My Fitness Goals
My fitness goals are to continue building muscle definition while I loose about 10 or so more pounds of fat.
My Success Story
I started back to full time workouts back in 2004. I used the FIRM then and that along with a healthier diet help me loose 35 pounds. Then I discovered Cathe and she helped me bump up my fitness to a new level and challenge myself with strength and cardio. I am so glad that I found Cathe's DVDs..I love taking it up a notch..
