    Perks to go with workouts

    To be honest, anything Cathe does is great - I can't think of too many of her workouts I don't like. But I'd love it if the DVD's came with a preprinted workout sheet - something to use to track your progress. Cardio workouts would be simple - HR, Calories burned, somethign along those lines...
