What is your favorite Nutrition Program and why?
I've done the Daily Plate and didn't keep up with it. I hated going in everyday to track what I ate and it didn't seem like it was worth my time. I still eat very well when not tracking calories.
I've looked into Cathe's Nutrition Program and searched the threads in the forums. Don't see a lot of people who have used it and commented on it in the forums. Just wondering if I should try it or not and would like feedback.
I'm not looking to count calories. What I'm looking for is a more organized meal plan so I can go to the store with a specific list. I end up at the store going "okay I'll make that and have that and grab that too" so by the time I get to the checkout, I'm like, "WAY TOO MUCH FOOD! What was I thinking!?" So by the time I get around to eating that head of cauliflower or that asparagus in the frig, it's starting to go bad. Anyone else have this problem?
