Your Favorite Nutrition Program?

I used Connelly's book BODY RX when I went shopping. He divides foods into Red, Green and Yellow foods....ie. Red eat rarely, Green eat as much as you'd like. I took the book to work and photocopied the food lists and then circled the foods from the Green and Yellow list that I'd actually eat. (The Red list has all the "good" stuff so I'd circle the whole list if I could, hehe).

I'd take the lists to the store with me and go from there! Sounds like alot of work, but it's not and has helped me avoid making bad purchases on those days when I all want is to buy everything in the potato chip aisle!
 
A friend recommended Herbalife to me a few months ago and I have lost about 20 pounds since using it. I'm would recommend it to others too. It's easy to use and delicious.

The only thing I would say about Herbalife, is don't use it if you are hypoglycemic. I tried it a few years ago, and about 2-3 days into it I woke up in the middle of night shaking, dizzy, the whole gammut. Of course, I had no sugar in the house to get my blood sugar up immediately, so had to run to the store - do not recommend driving in this condition unless absolutely criticial! - anyway, that was my experience with it. Plus, now that I am eating clean about 90-95% of the time, I find I'm losing anywhere from 2-3 lbs per week, and I'm very happy with that.
