WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

Here's my plan as of right now but it's subject to change as always! :p

sat: full body weight work out of choice (thinking of going with KCM for this)
sun: cardio of choice
mon/tues/wed/thurs: Body Rock w/o-I will pick a starting point based on a work out I like the looks of and then just follow along each day from that point on. I will add on as needed if I see it fit to do so depending on the length and intensity of the w/o for that day.
fri: off

I will start this rotation this coming saturday and plan to do it through the end of August when I go on away vacation.
 
Good Morning WWer's!

This morning was 4DS Double Cardio + a 3 min plank hold (new record for me! Previous longest was 2m30s!!!). Great work out despite a few trip ups with HIS' choreo still. I didn't have time to keep rewinding so during the 2nd blast of HIS, after trying it 2x and getting it wrong I finally resorted to jumping jacks and high knees until it was over! :p It ain't pretty but I FINALLY nailed combo 3 and did ok on the blast too! WOOT! :D

BBL for personals, etc. :cool:

Wow 3 minutes!! I Think I will probably do Intensity today or Step my Way with Patrick Goudeau. I excercise in the evenings after work & dinner. What exactly is body rock?
 
Morning Wiggie.

I used to be an after dinner exerciser pre-child but once I had my son I was so I started working out during the day when he was sleeping. Timing changed with his schedule but never went back to evenings with the exception of the occassional evening TM run at the gym. I work out in the very early morning now so I can get it done before leaving for work.

Body Rock is a free site chocked full of killer work out routines rangining from 4 mins to almost an hour long and are created and performed by a girl who's in ridiculously awesome shape and is not afraid to show it off! Takes some getting used to. LOL Most of the work outs clock in at about 15 mins but they are crazy hard! :eek: go here to check it out if you dare ;): www.bodyrock.tv/

Intensity is an awesome one, isn't it? I don't own any Patrick. He is too intricate for me. :eek:

Good morning everyone, I got up early this morning. I did Intensity step and Hiit lo premix last night. This is a toughie. My vertigo seems to be all out of whack this morning ugh. So I am not sure of a workout this morning we shall see. I can't do tonight because I have to pick up my son at his friends house tonight. BBL:)

Almond butter is yummy but too expensive since I would eat some every day so I stick with my natural p/b. 1 TB on a bagel thin every morning is perfect and yummy! :D

LOL. I didn't know if you were doing P90X or the regular Power 90 and I have never done Power 90. Sounds like you are doing the X so hey, watch out! All those push ups will kill ya! :p;):D

Do tell please! Supreme 90??? Is that a different workout?

Power 90 is by Beach Body. It's what P90X was born from but it's a lot easier.

Supreme 90 I do have but haven't done yet with the exception of the cardios and the core work outs. Cheap set tho that gets great reviews. Planning on using it as sub for STS M1 in September!
