Workouts you just CAN'T get into

I'm another anti-yoga person despite trying my darndest to like it. After 10 minutes I'm usually bent over picking the gunk out of my toenails/ peeling the old nail polish off/ rubbing my cats belly...anything but the actual workout lol!

Hiit because I want joints that still work when I'm older and I don't care what research says...you can still lose weight without killing yourself.

Pilates-just NO.

Barre- again, just NO.

I like KB from AOS and LBrooks, I love Ropes, I love walking, hiking, jogging and I like the occasional TRX with KB workouts, I love ICE and AWT. I love efficient workouts that don't try to kill me.

I like Rhythmic step and Step Moves. HS Circuit.
I think I hated Jari Love.

For Me it's kettlebels, pilates, and zuma.
When I preview the workouts I just can't connect with the instructors.

I still have my Firm collection which I'll never get rid of. But I Love my Cathe workouts!:D

I still have my Classic Firms...which I most likely will not get rid of either.

BWAA HA HA HA! That's hysterical! That's me! Or I just lay there thinking...what do I need from the grocery store, what will I make for dinner, will it be hot today, what should I wear, Hey, something itches.

Thanks for reviving this thread! I had fun reading what everyone said from 4 years ago. Whatever happened to mini-natty?

Anyway, I hated Hammer and Chisel-felt like too much of the same everyday.

I thought about buying Hammer and Chisel. I bought Body Beast, and enjoyed the program. I like Sagi. So glad I didn't waste money on Hammer and Chisel. I've read quite a few negative reviews.
