Will you have premixes?

I know this has been asked but have not seen or found an answer. Will there be premixes in the STS Shock Cardio DVDs?

PLEASE do premixes. This is a classic selling point of Cathe workouts AND there are so many premix options you could come up with for this series.
 
I'm thirding this. Cathe cardio and premixes go together like coffee and sugar, like tea and crumpets, like . . . . well, I hope you get the idea.

Premixes would be great to have. I liked how the premixes were done over 4 workouts on the 4DS workouts. I know those(4DS) were sold all together in one set, and for Shock Cardio each workout can be sold independently of each other(I think), so maybe doing premixes across the whole of the Shock Cardio set of DVD's would be tougher to accomplish than what was done on the 4DS premixes.

I'm buying the whole set, though!
Maybe if you created the premixes across the whole set, it could be done on a separate DVD? (I wonder if I am making sense??? :eek:) So, it could be a bonus to the people buying the whole set...
 
Here!! Here!! I agree with Aquajock!! And, just like llp, would love to have them mixed over the whole set like in 4DS. Premixes, pretty please with sugar on top!!;)
 
I love the premixes too. I especially love when you have low impact premixes like on Kick Max. The first two premixes take out all the high impact stuff that I can't do. That's a great way to modify!
 
Another vote for premixes. :D

Especially shorter versions for those of us who are time-crunched in the mornings trying to fit our workouts in.
