Who's pre-ordering Tracey's new yoga DVD?

Another no here. Not to sound like a yoga snob, but there are so many dvds out there by instructors who have devoted their lives to the study and practice of yoga... and who have way more than basic certifications. Does Tracey even have any yoga certifications... even the minimal 200 hours one? Her bio doesn't indicate any. If she wants to put out a "stretch" dvd, than why not call it that (like Cathe did with stretchmax)?

You don't sound like a snob. I think that's a fair criticism. I know many in the yoga community argue back and forth over what's considered adequate certification.

A local studio here does apprenticeships, which I always thought was cool. It's way more involved than a few weekends of teacher training.

Hopefully Tracey has a decent amount of training under her belt. I like that she's offering yoga to people who don't necessarily want all the spiritual stuff that often goes with it.

Josef Matthews is actually leading the workout along with Tracey. I believe he is a professional at it. Not sure what his certifications are, but I'll gladly pay $13 to watch him show me new positions (yoga - get your minds out of the gutter!)

P.s. Steady State Step has shipped along with an apology for the delay and a 10% off coupon. No complaints from me about Tracey's service!

The only thing I can find on Josef is that he's a Les Mills master trainer. I'm not familiar with Les Mills. I have strikezone and he was BY FAR my favorite part of the workout.

Since Tracey is pregnant - I believe she will be doing the modifier positions.

It sounds very promising but I'm waiting to see a clip before I order. They filmed outside in Conn. very recently so it was probably chilly!!

I also heard she's planning a prenatal workout and post baby bootcamp type workout. Not for me since I'm past that lifestage.

Oh, Liann, but isn't it fun to have our minds in the gutter? :p Yeah, I thought that was so sweet of Tracey to offer that discount!

Is anyone else having trouble actually using the coupon code??

Wow, that looks really good!! I did Bryan Kest's yoga y'day and while I like him, I agree he is a bit *touchy*. It would be nice to have something other than YogaX also!

I was planning on getting it but after seeing the clip, I think I've changed my mind. Unless she shows another clip with more substance, I think I'll pass.

Applied code but the web site then would not except the expiry date of my card. It went for e.g. 11/1 but would not allow input of final number.

Isnt part of the workout led by her sister? It seems like I've read her sister is certified.

I already preordered. I had no idea there was a coupon. phooey...I would have used it. =(

I'm done with preordering Tracey's workouts. Most of them have disappointed me, and not turned out like they sounded.

If it sounds good, and I like the clips, I may get it after it's out.

I just pre-ordered. The workout sounds like it is right up my alley. I needed a workout like this that is geared toward my recovery period in weight lifting. I also like Tracey's fun personality and I also liked Josef in Strike Zone.\

I pre-ordered. I don't have a whole lot of yoga experience, and this looks like something I might enjoy. This should be good to use during recovery weeks too.
