Another no here. Not to sound like a yoga snob, but there are so many dvds out there by instructors who have devoted their lives to the study and practice of yoga... and who have way more than basic certifications. Does Tracey even have any yoga certifications... even the minimal 200 hours one? Her bio doesn't indicate any. If she wants to put out a "stretch" dvd, than why not call it that (like Cathe did with stretchmax)?
You don't sound like a snob. I think that's a fair criticism. I know many in the yoga community argue back and forth over what's considered adequate certification.
A local studio here does apprenticeships, which I always thought was cool. It's way more involved than a few weekends of teacher training.
Hopefully Tracey has a decent amount of training under her belt. I like that she's offering yoga to people who don't necessarily want all the spiritual stuff that often goes with it.
