Thanks for replying and posting all of your rotations so quickly! I truly appreciate it! I have been doing all of Cathe's rotatations for over a year and this will be my first attempt doing your rotations! What rotations would be good after 4DS? I am thinking about "Endurance Rotation using Premixes - Advanced"??? I never used the Terminator DVD! This looks like an amazing and fun rotation.

Yes, try the endurance rotation. That will give your muscles a break from lifting heavy after doing 4DS.

Isn't 4DS workouts awesome? Cathe outdone herself with those I think! I love them!

This is Athens, Greece calling! :)

I started your "Get ready for Summer 2007 rotation" rotation yesterday and I've got major DOMs on my upper body from the Body Max 2 Double Upper Body Premix... I have spent the last 2-3 months doing rotations with Slow & Heavy, Gym Styles and Pure Strength, and I was wondering if you have any idea as to why I got DOMs all of a sudden! I used more or less the same weight load... hmmm...

BTW, your rotations look super! I plan on following a few of them as soon as this one is over!

You're sore because of the higher reps used in BM2. When your body gets use to a certain style (i.e. reps, weights) it will get use to it. You are doing something different and your body feels it so DOMS appears.
