Where are Debbie’s (Fitnessfreak366) rotations???

Wow Debbie, which of this rotations will you recomend? you know that what I am looking for is a nice upper body shape,this is what I have done this week,
mon. body max 2
tue. drill max
wed. chest,shoulders and triceps (P90X)
and for thur. I want to do legs gym style
fri.back and biceps
sat.rest
sun.plyometrics (P90X)
what do you think? I want add more cardio.Maybe I'm going to try and squeeze one more workout. CARDIO !!!:)
