I'll be taking a cardio class at the gym. I'm not sure which one yet as I have to pick up February's class schedule today. I will also be doing X Stretch.
Amy Bento Hi/Lo Xtreme - one of the circuit premixes. I haven't tried the weight work included on the dvd yet and I've heard it's good. Hurts so good maybe? :+
Walk the dogs followed by Legs & Gluts, probably with some abs since I was short on time this morning and skipped that part of PUB. I'm doing 'fitnessfreak's Feb Rotation and loving it! jasper
Well if I can peel my butt off this chair I was going to try something I haven't done in forever. Probably Workout #5 (Legs) from the Timesaver DVD. I'm starting the Feb rotation on Monday.
If my upper body DOMS go away and my right ankle stops hurting then I'm doing LIC this afternoon. Otherwise I think my body may be saying REST!
Monday was Bootcamp.
Tuesday was 75 minutes of intense jazz dance.
Wednesday I pulled myself up the rope at the gym and balanced on the balance board oodles of times. I had rope burn hands.
Thursday I did Gym Style Chest and Triceps.
Friday I did all of Cardio Fusion for the first time. I had nasty chest DOMS (the muscles hurt any time they were used...you use your chest muscles a lot during the day I discovered).
Looking back on the week maybe rest would be a very good thing.
