what weight do we use??

Ok this may be stupid but I just logged my 1RMS and then I looked at the workout cards...When I do disk 1, am I suppose to do my 1RM # or am I suppose to do the # listed in the weight column??...
 
My understanding of the program is that you do the targeted weight listed. That's the correct % of your 1RM for that particular exercise, as calculated for you by the WM.
 
I think you have to print a workout card. I just did this for Disk 1. It shows a target weight, as well as my one rep max and the percentage of 1RM to use. If you print out the workout card, it should all become clear!
 
I don't have a target weight listed. I have My RPM and Avg. RPM.

What am I missing?

You dont need to print before you see the weightload you should use -
IF you have taken the 1RM for a particular exercise it will read (left to right)

Target Weight (thats the appropriate wt based on % of your 1RM for that disc)
Actual weight - WILL BE BLANK
Target Reps (will have a #)
Actual Reps WILL BE BLANK
One Rep Max (this # is from the 1RM test you did) If there is a # here then there SHOULD BE a number in your TARGET WEIGHT box as well
% of One Rep Max - This is determined by the meso cycle you are in)

If there is a blank box in TARGET WEIGHT it means you have not calcualted & saved!! your 1RM for that particular exercise(SAVED IS 3rd step in the test) -
