I thought for sure Cathe was never going to stop. I kept checking my watch to see how much longer. Couldn't see the watch with all the burning sweat in my eyes though. She said a few times, "Okay, last one" and I kept assuming it was OVER. NOT!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

LOL! When I saw the title of your post, my first thought was "the end!!" I did this on Saturday and had to skip some of the beginning step part because it was just too much.

I want this DVD, but I'm controlling myself. I figured I'd ease myself back into step with Low Impact Circuit and a little bit of Cardio Fusion. If I can hack that, I'll treat myself to BM2 someday. :eek:

ITA THE END! I have done it as produced ONCE... Its too mentally & physically torturous...I ate for 4 straight days because I was so hungry... Now... BM2 premixes or just 30 minute segments is wonderful for this old gal;)
 
That is a L-O-N-G one!!! I agree THE END!! Hee Hee :D Actually I love the cardio throughout the entire thing. It's fairly simple choreography IMO yet you feel like you got a great WO. Alot of fun. I usually break it apart when I do it though.
 
My favorite part are the three step combos--I love to do those as an add on to another workout.

My two favorite parts of those are 1.) Doing the swing arms to "Jessie's Girl"!!! (LOVE THAT PART!) and 2.) the speedskaters on the step in combo 3 (I think it's combo 3--might be 2...)

FUN FUN!

I think I could do wide lunges all day long!

LMAO! You and Katie are so funny with your love of wide lunges! I, on the other hand, DETEST those! I can't stand them! I can barely stand the blasts in BM2 anymore--when that dvd came out I did it so much that I am totally burnt out on it now. Just hearing the music from the blasts makes me cringe now. (Although I'm a bit of a hypocrit since I JUST did the timesaver cardio premix last night which includes, yep, that's right...the blasts. :eek:)

I love the music in the step combos though and I love the moves. It's good, solid, FUN step!
 
I can not tell you how excited I was when I was finally able to coordinate my feet to do those darn things!

me too...it took me a couple of times to get it down....but once i did, whoohoo victory dance;)

My favorite is combo #3, love everything about it!

That dvd is such a must have for a Cathe fan....there are so many great premixes! The timesavor one is my favorite! Ive only done the entire workout once myself:confused:
