Good morning
Yesterday's w/o was D7 (chest, bi's, shoulder's). 1 billion push-ups anyone??!! Not complaining though, it was a great disc. Everything seems to be flowing so much easier now. I was watching the STS CatheTV tutorials on youtube and it's VERY helpful. Cathe gives so many great tips on form.
Looks like the weather will be warm and sunny today. Another nice walk for Bella and I. Two days ago when we spent the afternoon at the park, I got burned! Bella always has on sunscreen and a hat, but I'm not so diligent with myself

.
Tonight I'm either going to attempt Rhythmic Step again (YES I had to download it and it's super fun!!!) but if my brain is not up to concentrating, I will do Imax2.

Regarding Low Impact Challenge, it's difficult but doable. Actually, some of Cathe's older complex step gives me a harder time when I compare

. Keep in mind that I was still fairly new to step when I attempted it, so that's saying a lot. It took me about 4-5 tries to nail it, but I was
very determined. One thing, Cathe does not really teach the moves, which I think most people complained about. She also does a lot of stuff on the outside of her step, where she turns her back to you. That always confuses me. I would suggest you learn it in sections, so do combo 1 first. Perhaps add it onto another cardio for the day (CSS premix maybe?). That way you can still learn it but are not wasting time looking at the screen all frustrated that you lost 45min of precious cardio time (lol that was me).
Regarding the shoes, Mark got a pair of orthopedic New Balance with custom insoles. The specialty shop he went to actually measured his foot, found him a perfectly fitted shoe, and showed him how to properly tie his laces. The shoes he got are light as a feather, and he wears a size 10. The "shoe professionals" as I call them, said most people don't wear the right size and each shoe should be tailored to the individual to avoid knee/back/ankle injuries.
Gotta run! I'll BBL!!! Have a rockin' day!!
