Weightlifting Rotation

Has anyone come up with a rotation that is weightlifting only? Or does Cathe have one (besides STS)? I don't have the energy for Cathe's intense cardio anymore.
 
Cathe responded to a post a few months ago, it was more related to keeping your muscle base but helping to burn fat and she said to think of your "week" as 8 days instead of 7 days and to do 3 weight workouts per week as a split such as Gym Styles and alternate that with 3-4 metabolic workouts such as Supercuts, Flextrain, etc. Take at least one rest day per "week".

Any suggestions with some of Cathe's newer workouts would also be appreciated. I plan on purchasing more of her DVDs later this year.
