Alright, I did read some of the post yesterday but didn't respond so it didn't take me that long to catch up.

Belinda** Again, so sorry to hear about your mom! {{{{{ HUSG & KISSES}}}}} I know this is such a hard time for you but try to stay strong for your moms sake and have a safe flight. Keep us posted!

Amelia** Did you get your walk in last night? I thought chocolate cake was suppose to give us energy? Thats what I tell myself anyway:)

Nancy** Ive never done B&G premix but I will have to give it a try sometime this week! Are your legs sore?

Cheryl** Whats new in your house? Grin and bare it? Good job on the workout. I think I need some heavier dumbbells so I can go heavier in PUB, they are just so darn expensive!

Kim** Glad to hear the weight came off again! Phew, is right! Sometimes I don't know if a scale is a good thing or a bad thing!

Robin** How is your evening eating going? LOL

So, I didn't get to workout yesterday but I had a good day. I was back by 6:30 but DS will not settle down in the evening. Not sure if I told you, but DH is gone on a fishing trip so he wasn't even home to take him for me. If I knew he was going to be awake until 10, I should have put him in the stoller and went for a run. Then again, with my luck, he would have fell asleep in the stroller, woke up when we got home and not went to bed till 1:00! My mom wasn't impressed though b/c DS was scared of her! hahaha I had to take him from her a couple of times b/c he started to cry! She was not happy!
And the GD scale is up today 3 lbs:eek: :eek: Last week I was 127.8 and today I was 130.7 and I haven't eaten bad at all! I can honestly say I have been good but I feel very bloated as well so maybe TTOM is coming again? Who knows. I guess i will have to drink tons of water today. It just rots me that when I have been going around hungry half of the time, I am going up and down on the scale!
I finally broke down and ordered a dress from VS yesterday. I will post a link after. I just hope it fits and looks good.
So today is PUB C&B and a long run! But I have baby group here today so I may not get that long of a run in if I don't get started within the near future!

OHHHH Lori Love that red dress. You will look good in it because you have toned arms...thanks to PUB.:) I like those red shoes on the same page but I can only wear them in my dreams (bad knee).Lori enjoy your workout. Since I'm new to this forum what is TTOM?

Today is my rest day so I have more time to work on my eating plan. Yesterday I ate well except for dinner. I think my house is stressing me too much...electrical problems $$$$$$$$

TTOM is your period. I think it stands for "that time of month" LOL Thats what I always thought anyway.

We built a house last fall and I was really concerned about the electrical bill as well. I didn't want to be paying a fortune for heat so we put a wood stove in. Our bill was never any higher then $270 in the winter monthes. But we ran out of wood and June was cold so our bill was $346:eek: YIKES!

I should get my workout started!

Lori-I bet your DM was kinda Pi$$ed about your DS crying everytime she tried to hold him,I know mine would be! TTOTM isn't a friend of the scale,lol. OMG,I LOVE the dress-Your gonna look fabo in it! Thats the dress for the wedding right? Love the back.....oh,I wish I could were a dress like that one day! Ok I don't wish,I WILL-Thats a better attitudex( !

Robin-Enjoy your rest day! So,what kind of eating plan are you brewing up? I follow WW pts,I get 29 a day. But do go over because of cathe's intense workouts! I started WW in janurary of this year and so far have lost about 28pds--i've still got about 40 more pds to loose though!(Im not sure if I've told ya that). I started working out in the summer of 05' and in total I've lost about 86pds. Just thought I'd tell ya a little bit about myself. Have a great day! And I hope you get those pesky electrical problems fixed soon!

I've got to get my workout inn,Im doing UB PH+MIS and LIS today:+! If Im still alive i'll bbl!

Amelia, that is a great attitude to have! And you will someday...probably just around the corner:) The only downfall is I have to get some tanning apts in b/c of the tan on my backx( Where I have been running outside, I have the lines from my top going down my back! Now, that won't look to good in the dress. Maybe 4 apts will do it.

I just finished all of the GS UB, and I am waiting for DS to wake so we can go for our run. I heard him stir a couple of times so I think I will go in his room and I bet he will wake:)

Lori, finished ALL of GS UB? You rock, girl! That's a major workout! I'll have to remember that one... nice dress!
I have dumbells up to 25 and probably won't get 30s, which the new series apparently goes up to... we'll see.
I use 25 for the pullovers sometimes and have worked up to the full 20 for chest flies in PUB - that's where I get the good DOMS }( }( }(

Robin, sorry about the house stress!! Stress is what gets my eating habits too, every time.

Amelia, sounds like you're having a good day so far.

My running partner cancelled on me this morning - so I did 45 minutes of B&G plus 15 min TM running for total of just an hour. It'll do for today. I'm dripping.

Lori-Thanks! And 4apts should get those tan lines good! I've got a Bathing suit tan on my back! My one pc,that is low in the back,shows a big U on my back! Luckly I don't have to worry about it! The dress Im gonna get(have no Idea where)will have complete coverage,maybe some little cute half sleeves!I plan on going dress scouting this weekend!

Cheryl-Good Workout!:) B&G,I haven't worked up the nerve for that one yet! Still trying to "Get-To-Know" BM2 LOL!!! Im also trying to talk my DH into getting a TM soon,I despertly want one!

Hey Ladies,

I will have to make this quick. I have a lunch date with a former co-worker. He caught me coming in this morning (he now works for a different company in the building across the street) and asked to have lunch. For some reason I really do not want to go. Don't know why, probaby just grumpy. I will probably enjoy myself. Anyway! I did not get my workout in yesterday or this morning. It has been increasingly harder to get up at 5am to workout!! x( I amy have to rethink that plan. So ... the rotation has Cardio Kicks which I do not have. I will sub for another kickboxing dvd and will also try to do L&G from yesterday. I know I will get the kickboxing in. I love it!! I will report back later.

Lori- I can not see the dress at work b/c our security control is on. I will check it out later.

Robin- Soorry to hear about the electrical problems!! Owning a house can be a joy and a HASSLE!!!

No workout for me today until later and, as expected, I'm really feeling B&G today.

I love the dress, Lori!!! You'll have to take pics and let us have a look. What color shoes are you going to wear? How long does all of GS UB take? That's some workout!!!!!

Belinda - So, so sorry about your Mom. I'm so glad that you can be there for her. I believe I remember that you have a sister (or sisters) there too?? Safe flight!!!!!

Kim - I hope you're enjoying lunch. I can't workout in the morning. I don't feel energized until afternoon. I workout when I get home from work and after I've started dinner - usually between 4 and 6 pm.

All the girls just left from baby group and DS is down for his nap...so that means computer time:)

Cheryl, good job on the workout. I use to hate cancelling on my running partner cause by the time I phoned her...it was just as well I went. First she would have gave me crap and then she would have talked after that. It was pointless! LOL

Amelia, another good workout? I think I am going to have DOMS tomorrow as well. I really struggled with some stuff I (near the end) and I went heavier with other things. My chest is diffently going to be sore!

Kim, did you go out for lunch? You sound alot like myself. If I were grumpy, I didn't want to go anywhere...and sometimes I just didn't want to go and didn't know why! There were times I would see my co-worker comming my way and I would totally ignore him! hahaha He would always leave when I did that. Im just not in the mood to talk all the time!

Nancy, I started my workout at 9:15 and finished at 11...but I took a break and made some punch for baby group. And DH called so I talked to him, plus I did a 15 mins ab workout. It was a good workout and I didn't intend to do it all. I was waiting for DS to wake from his nap and while I was waiting I just kept doing another body part, next thing I knew, it was all done. Its a good thing though cause now I don't have to do UB tomorrow and I may do B&G premix}(

So after DS woke I went for a 40 mins run. I couldn't go quit as far b/c I knew he was going to get hungry and getting back at 12 would only give me 90 mins to get everything done before the girls showed up. I may go tonight when DH gets home...but that reminds me, I need to make a tanning apt for tonight! If I keep putting it off, I will never go!

Yes I went to lunch with the former co-worker. I should have known there was a reason I did not want to go! My gut was warning me!! x( He wanted free legal advice!! I get so annoyed when people do that! I did not get my darn law degree for free- In fact I am still paying on it!!! x( x( At least HE paid for lunch. But he wanted free legal advice! I should have known.

Okay, I was just checking in b/f I left work. I just got out of a two hour meeting and want to peek in again. I will wrap things up here. Go home and do my workout and check back in when that is done. BBL!!

Kim, yuck, yuck, yuck on the mooching co-worker! I'm sorry it was a bummer. I hope at least it was a good lunch.

Nancy, Kim, Amelia - I kind of enjoy morning workouts because then it's in and DONE and sets the tone for the rest of the day. Yes, I am that obsessive :)

Lori, yayy for the run! Glad you got it in! 40 min. is nothing to sneeze at.

Managed to squeeze in a lunch date with DH after my first client appointment. Hurray! That was good.

Only 1 more hour of work....

Great Job Amelia losing 28# keep up the good work! My eating plan is mostly low carb/ low fat meals. Ever since I came off the Zone diet I've developed a phobia of carbs (good or bad carbs). So I'm trying to introduce carbs i.e whole wheat toast, back into my diet. I measure my carbs very closely, except during my girlfriend's wedding.


Did I mention the chocolate fountain with cookies and fruit. I can't stop thinking about it...HELP!!!:eek:
 
I worked out after all. I did GS chest and triceps and abs from PH. I remember when I first started working out with Cathe that Power Hour was my first purchase. My abs were cut then. I was also about 7 lbs. lighter. I think those 7 lbs. are all in my gut.

I went to weigh in at WW this afternoon too. I actually lost 1.4 lbs. since last months weigh-in. I wanted to weigh in for July before the CA trip. I figured I'll probably want to try some different things while out there and I'm sure to gain. I weighed in at 119.2. I would like to weigh about 112. I doubt I'll ever see it but it's reasonable considering I'm all of 5 feet tall.

That was some workout, Lori!!! I don't know where some of you girls get your stamina. (I know, I know...I say that often).

Okay, I picked up a pre-cooked chicken at Costco so that and a salad and I'm calling it dinner.
