Good Morning Gals,

I put that Monday bit for those of you who work and don't enjoy Mondays! LOL Everything is closed here today. Its the last day of our festival "stuff" and everything shuts down and everyone heads to the pond/park for the day, which happens to be right behind my house:) So, we don't have to leave the house tonight to watch the fireworks....or walk a long distance to get home....or try to get of a filled parking lot!!! All is good! hahaha
As you can tell I am feeling much better today. I even stepped on the scale and it wasn't bad. I didn't expect to lose any weight b/c my eating hasn't been great but I am happy to stay the same. I didn't expect to though cause I feel rather bloated.
My sister arrived around 1:30 today. I was already in bed but DD went to the airport with her uncle so he brought them both back here and I heard the door open so I had to get up. I wasn't up to long though and went back to bed around 2 ish and DS woke at 6:44;( Its o.k though b/c we are going to head out for a run shortly and then we may go to another community breakfast held in the middle of town...which I have to run by so everyone can have a look while eating their bacon and eggs:eek: ;)

After today I am really going to try and tight'en up my eating some. Go heavier with the weights and start drinking some shakes...looking for more muscle definition!

Good morning all. I'm back to work today, so that means back to 5 a.m. w/o. Today I went for a power walk with itread for 40 mins. Then I did core max 3. I lost 1 pound and 1/2 inch off my lower abds. So maybe carbs are no good for me at night.

Lori enjoy your run today and the festival tonight. Sound like fun.

Good Morning Ladies!

I read all the posts and got caught up. Sounds like everyone had a great weekend!! My weekend was filled. I atteneded the events of my 20 year high school reunion. That was great seeing everyone. Everyone looked great!! We had a boat ride on Friday and that was our big event with dinner and a mini program; we had a party on Saturday and a picnic yesterday. I also had a huge family party on Saturday that I attended so... no workouts for me this weekend. eating has not been great either. I gotta get back on track today!!;-) I took today off work. I was whipped I had two days straight of not getting in until after 2:30 am. I have not done that in a while. :p Anyway, I have lot to do today so I will try to check in later.

Morning Girls,

Today is going to be a walk/jog...agian! Tommorrow will be LIS. I have also been soso on my eating this weekend so today i've got to get back to it!

My legs are soar from the walk/jogging in the evenings! I've managed to walk/jog wes,thurs-sunday of last week...not bad for someone with a back injury;-)I have also been keeping up with my abb workouts!


Lori-I know the torture of smelling food while working out...the park I use to go to had a Flowers bread bakery next door,so I smelled FRESH bread baking while burning some cals, x( x( :+

Kim-Glad to see you check inn today,sounds like your had a busy weekend.it also sounds like most of us have "hopped off the wagon" (as far as eating goes)last weekend,LOL!

Robin-so no carbs in the evenings help you loose...mmmm maybe I should try that! Congrats on the lost lb and measurements lost!

Hi, everyone! Upper body today - gonna do that PP upper body 2x premix again. It made me nice and sore last week :eek: }( ;-)

Lori, good news on the scale - and nice to hear you're just fine tuning at this point.

Kim, nice to hear you had a good weekend. Sometimes its just nice to relax and enjoy...although my mind gets to relax more if i workout, then I don't stress to much about the eating.

Robin, your up and at 'um bright and early! Good job.

Amelia, sounds like you have a good workout planned for today. How was your knee feeling lyesterday evening?

Cheryl, hope you have a good workout. Are you home now?

Well, DS and I went for a run and left at 8:30. I was running for 1 hour and 7 mins:) It was a good run, the town is pretty quiet today.

Hey girls -

About to run about a thousand errands and it's my DD birthday so a special dinner with a few guests. The cake is made already, her favorite, an ice box cake made with graham crackers, choc. pudding and bananas. All is well.....

Lori - you're too funny. The people that don't work like Mondays. I'm off this summer and I love Mondays. Everybody back to work, lol. The house becomes nice a quiet and it actually stays neat.

I'm done with Leaner Legs (what a killer!!! - I'm surprised each time) and I guess that's it for today.

Amelia how can you w/o smelling fresh baked bread. That would have made me hundgry.

Cheryl PP twice upper body premixes is a good idea. How often should I w/o my upper body to build up strenth?
