Stacy - I can understand the temptation to weigh yourself again tomorrow because I probably would (even though I know I shouldn't and I'm working on that), so all I can say is try not to. Just start fresh this week if you can. Give yourself those 7 days to get back on track!!
Melanie - CCC flat out scares me. I previewed just certain sections and of course one of them is that move you described...eek!
Jennifer - I hope you get the A-OK to pump it up with STS!!
Here is my menu for today and yes, it looks alot like yesterdays...
S: banana (ate this while stuck in a traffic jam today. I was very excited when I remembered that I threw it in my purse before leaving the house!!)
B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 c 1% milk, 4 egg whites
L: whole wheat pita, 1/2 c tuna, 1T HVR light, 1T sunflower kernels
S: apple
D: 5 oz baked chicken, 1/2 c brown rice, steamed broccoli & carrots, 1 c 1% milk
This leaves me with 3 pts for a snack. I usually have a WW yogurt with 1/2 c cool whip free but I'm getting kind of bored with that. Might spring for a pb sandwich, which I've been craving. I love PB and miss it now that I don't have it every day... I'll see how I feel. I might not even need a snack and if I don't, I ain't gonna eat one...
