Hi Cathe,

I just completed Lower Intensity Step. I really enjoyed it and loved the music. I was able to get all 3 combos down the first time but totally blew when you put them all together at the end. I seemed to have forgotten the moves from just 10 minutes earlierx( My DD and I have previewed the clip on-line so many times that she just loves the hip-hop part and can;t wait to see me do it.

I definitely feel the DOMS from the shoulder and calf work. WOW!!

I have previewed Boot Camp and let me just say that I may need to break out the oxygen mask for this one! What a heart thumper!! Can't wait to try it even though it will kill my PF in my footx(

Kick Boxing brought back fond memories of the Roat Trip. LOVE IT, LOVE IT..

Wow Bernadette...you did them all already? I feel your DOMS! So glad they are pushing you to higher levels of fitness. Keep up the gret work!
 
Hi Terri! You are too cute. Yes, I have enjoyed watching the transition in all of my kickbox workouts. The punching combo on this 4DS kickbox workout is great for cardio/upper body/core conditioning as well as pure stress release :7 I knew that that was the last part of the workout in the bunch and I just let it go! Glad you enjoyed it. Keep working hard Terri....you sound to be in great shape.
 
I did the cardio from Lower Intensity, and as predicted, I did have to rewind a number of times (what can I say, I am a bit uncoordinated), but it was a lot of fun, and I'm sure I'll get it down soon.

The Atlanta Cathe Fans are getting together tonight to preview the new DVDs...should be a fun time!!!

Hi Cathe,

I can't believe what amazing shape I am getting in thanks to you!!! My husband is so amazed. Today he noticed that my legs are getting back to their old selves :). About three months of Cathe and it is so amazing. I should be getting my new DVDs on Tuesday. It's killin' me having to wait. My youngest "muffin" will be six months on the 23rd. Thank you for helping me get back into shape. Thanks for making such great and challenging workouts. Hats off to you!!

Yes, Bernadette, Boot Camp visually looks like it takes up a ton of space but it really isn't that bad. When I view it on the screen it looks like we are using 20 feet of space but we are really only covering an 8 to 10 foot area.

Happy Friday! :7 What are you eating for lunch today? :9 I received my package yesterday, and I am looking forward to previewing and playing with the step choreography this weekend and getting started with this series Monday morning. I have not even peeked at any of the workouts yet! :eek: Can you believe it?! I was so looking forward to Double Cardio this morning, but I slept too late! I may have a Friday night cardio party! :7

Oh, do not tell Michele, but I actually went to Academy last night and looked at 20-pound weights. I am not sure what is getting into this cardio lover. ;-)

I'd love to do lunch with you! So far...I have done LIS...love, love, loved it! The choreo is so much fun even though I didn't quite pick it ALL up. (Miss "Choreo-Challenged" here!) I also enjoyed the shoulder, calves and Core work. You sure know how to make new workouts so fresh. Fun stuff! I LOVED the W-U on this workout even...it was put together so well....just felt like I was DANCING! I am headed down now to give another workout a goooo. Nice eating lunch with you today! HUGS!

Hi Carolyn! So fun to hear from you again. The hip hop repeater is my favorite too. Just love the way the music and momentum carries you on this one. That warm up song inspired me to create this move actually. Enjoy your workouts!

Hi Debbie! Yes, I chose the warm up song for LIS because it had such a fun "lets get this party started" feeling to it. Then I played it a few times and just let the music carry me where it did. Let me know how you do with the rest of your workouts! Have a great weekend.
 
Hi Cathe you look so great in the DVDs, where do you get your energy from. What kind of vitamins do you take, because they are working.
 
So I just saw this thread and haven't had a chance to read it yet but I wanted to say Cathe I only had time for 1/2 a workout this morning so I did the chest & back from the 4 day split. I love the way these are put together. I really was able to go heavier than I normally do. I went up to 20 lbs for chest (usually do 15) and 25 for the one arm rows (usually 20 for this). Thanks Cathe for producing great videos and pushing me to work hard. :)
 
Hey Cathe from one of your many Crazy Canuck fans!! :) I can't wait to get the new workouts. I'm amazed at how patiently I'm waiting:) I've had a few crazy days here (my 16 year old Marley got her tonsils out yesterday) and been unable to workout. I fixed that this morning and had a fabulous visit with you and the girls doing IMAX3, a tried and true endorphinfest if there ever was one}( :) Enjoy your weekend.

It's me again. Just a quick question. Do you pick your music first and them come up with the choreography or do you already have your moves down and try to find music to fit it?
