Wanna do lunch together?

Hi Cathe,

I'm so sad because my new DVD's are still not here! They're supposed to come sometime today, so I've been putting off my workout in the hopes that they'll come, but I think that I'm going to have to get my workout started soon. Today is LowMax and CoreMax 2, though, so I'll still be sweating and having fun!

I just ordered CoreMax last week, and love it so far! I've only done the first segment, which I was honestly dreading since I was worried about doing abs for a whole 20 minutes, but it was such a great workout and the time just flew by! You always motivate us to do out best!

Tomorrow I'll be up bright and early at 6:00 to do the new workouts! I can't wait!!

PS - the Atlanta Cathe Fans are getting together tonight to preview these. We'll take lots of pictures and post them tomorrow. :)

Thanks Jerry! So glad Drill Max ended up working out so well for you. Yippee! As for abs, I might have missed a post but not sure why you went to a doctor regarding abs. My own opinion to working the abs daily (as long as there is no outside reason as to why you wouldn't be able to) is that I don't find it necessary. I think 3 or 4 intense ab workouts are all you need. That way the muscle recovers just like any other.

Hi Cathe!! Wow is all I can say:) The picture and the sound is so clear. I did the BC&KB premix and was really sweating buckets. I had a lot of fun doing though, well at least most of it. I can't wait till i do the rest. I think tomorrow I will do the UB premix and go hiking with my family here at the Watchung Reservation.
 
Hi Barb! Yes, I was sooooo incredibly please with the production quality of NFL. I'm looking forward to working with them again. Glad you enjoyed your workouts too.

The Watchung Reservation? I haven't been there since horseback riding as a child! Neato!

I was fast forwarding through some of the pushups, and my DS came in and commented about how good at pushups Cathe and crew are :)
