Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 9:30 am EST, we’ll be doing “Strong and Fit: Biceps and Triceps” LIVE! Happy New Arms Everyone! This workout is all about working your arms with slower reps and moderate to heavier weight. We’ll start and finish biceps before moving on to triceps

Equipment Needed:

A weighted barbell (for bicep curls and tricep close grip bench press)
A stability ball
My light and medium (pink and green) tension firewalker loop (or any non-fabric fitness loop you have) for kickbacks and press downs
A variety of weighted dumbbells (to challenge biceps and triceps)
A fitness mat

Watched most of this one,(and if you would only want to do Biceps or split it into 2 workouts,
one neat thing is that when the Biceps part is over, Cathe mentions if you only want to do
the Biceps (which is right around the 21-25 min. mark) you can end there and she does
a few short bicep stretches, and then you could fast forward to the final stretch which is
approx. around the 39 min. mark. I think that is what I am going to do the first time I do
it, just to make it an express.
