Equipment Needed:

Fit Tower
A set of dumbbells ranging from 8 to 15 pounds
A 6ft medium resistance band
A fitness mat

This looks like a great one, can't wait to try it!! Makes me want to purchase a tower after all...I've been creative & doing workouts without one but wondering if it would be beneficial to purchase...?
 
My Fit Tower was needing some love but instead it gave me a total body burn. From those High & Tight to the resistance band Tricep Presses you will be checking out your arms to see if they are poppin! Maneuvering the bar to adjust to the exercises is a breeze as well.
The resistance band for ab work provides a different feel, one that said 'I might want to do this again'! Well worth the 55 minutes of my time!
