OMG! I can so relate. It can be maddening. My mother would sometimes joke "of all the things I've lost over the years, I miss my mind the most" - sometimes that's not a joke.I do this too and it got really bad when I entered menopause. The other thing I do is I go into a room to do something, get distracted doing something else, walk out and then about 10 minutes later, remember that I forgot to do the first thing. So, I go back, get distracted again, walk out, remember again, and so on. This can go on for a while. Then, there are the times when I take something out of the refrigerator, put it on the countertop, then immediately forget I did that and go looking in the refrigerator and start panicking because I can't find it, but I know it should be there.![]()
