This looks amazing. I think my upper body's definitely going to feel fried with this one. Might be challenging selecting the right weight to use for all those compound movements.

it is a crazy but Fun one. This is going to be the first workout to attempt. I want to tame those bear moves:D

Me too, Braille! :):) I wonder if there are any modifications for "brain training" :):)
Not sure if it's an official modification or not... Does walking into the workout area and saying (out loud, because I talk to myself lol)... "What did I come in here for?" count as a modification. lol Please say yes, because that means I am already THE MASTER of brain training modifications. lol

I took so long getting set up for my workout yesterday (kept getting distracted) that I ended up having to choose a shorter workout and that meant I didn't need all the equipment I'd drug out. lol I have no idea why people keep track of their steps. I'm pretty sure I get my 10,000 in just from going to rooms, arriving with a confused expression on my face while mumbling under my breath, and retracing my steps trying to remember what it was I was going to that room for. lol Yet... if I ever feel the need to take a peek into my old high school locker or call my childhood phone number... THAT info is still in my head. lol

Been there…done all of that! :):)….. I talk to myself too, more than I need to! It’s funny
how we can remember things from way back when, but, as for me, I am all the time
saying, “Now where did I put my glasses???”
Hee hee .... mine are usually perched on top of my head when I'm saying that! :)

Mine's the phone. I leave it in some of the oddest places. It's a landline and happens to be about the same size as my remote for the TV, so... I've picked it up accident to call someone. lol Later I'll find my phone on the dryer in the basement or by the dog food... lol

LOL! I don't put 'em on my head, but I'm bad for closing them and hooking them on the neckline of my
shirt, sweatshirt, etc. then walking around frantically looking for them and then look down, and there they
are!!! Little Jack used to sit on the couch watching me running around looking for them, and listening to
" In a minute....mommy can't find her glasses!!" and I know he wanted to say, if he could, " They're on
your shirt, dummy!" :):)

Can't tell you how many times I've done that:). Or, they will be on my head.

I do this too and it got really bad when I entered menopause. The other thing I do is I go into a room to do something, get distracted doing something else, walk out and then about 10 minutes later, remember that I forgot to do the first thing. So, I go back, get distracted again, walk out, remember again, and so on. This can go on for a while. Then, there are the times when I take something out of the refrigerator, put it on the countertop, then immediately forget I did that and go looking in the refrigerator and start panicking because I can't find it, but I know it should be there. :)
