Just finished watching this one, and I really like it! Love that it's just 40 min.,
Loved the step combos, the exercises and rep count. Cannot wait to do it! :)
 
Did this one this morning - really fun twist on the IMAX idea of a short combo but followed by lower body, upper body and core. The combos are really easy to follow! Loved it!!
